What inspired me to pursue a career in beauty: I’ve always been drawn to the ever changing art of hair, beauty, and fashion. I wanted to have the opportunity to work along side people that share the same passion and use that drive to improve someone’s look and confidence.

Little more about me:Chandra came to us from Saint Louis, Missouri with four years experience under her belt. She is an educator for PureOlogy, and has a love and desire for continued education. Starting her career in West Michigan and training in California, Chicago, Orlando, Kansas Cit y and other cities, she understands that no head of hair is exactly alike.

Chandra has worked as one of the head stylists behind the scenes of major fashion shows (and even created a look for one runway) and has also done hair and makeup for many online and print ads, magazines, and blogs. Her inspiration comes from music, fashion, and movies and she is always trying to stay inspired and have fun.

Her training has allowed her to merge Sassoon cutting techniques with Redken’s principal based cutting, allowing her to understand the rules and whys of each individual “snip.” Chandra specializes in complete makeovers fusing cut and color as one.

Overall, Chandra wants her guest to feel comfortable at all times in her chair and always strives to make everyone look and feel their best.…
